Subject: Could personal user purchase .cn domains?

Content:

Dear NingBo RiSheng Corporation:

We are the offical organition for registering .cn domains. According to “Chinese Internet Domains Manage Methods”, the identify of the customer is not restricted while registering .cn domains.  As if refered, you just need to supply the true, accurate, entire information. On the other hand, we will check the information carefully, usually, it will cost us about 5 days, and whether can you register or not depands on the result of our checking. We won’t delete a registered domain because it’s registered by personal user, personal registered domains are under the protection of law.

Thanks for your support and understanding.

OK, we finished the mail. See, this is CNNIC, this is the organization.

    No, I don’t think it’s legal.
At first, CNNIC declared they will protect the right to register dot CN domain. No matter the applicant use it for personal or business.
