Chinese Chengguan:
The City Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau, also known as Chengguan, is a local government agency that has been established in every city in the People’s Republic of China.
At first, The chengguan are employed to keep public order in China’s urban neighborhood, and deal with low-level crime and disorder. But their reputation for brutality has made them widely reviled.
Anyway, today the chengguan have to face a real challenge, from a Shaolin Monk, the best Martial Masters in the world!
Today, a monk acted Kung Fu in a market, and a crowd had already collected outside the monk.
Four Chengguans stood far, because all of they were too scared to drive out the monk. So the chengguans make a phone call to request support. Minutes later, thirty heavily armed chengguan came and wanna drive out the monk forcibly.
In this situation, the monk roared, and break a stone bricks by hands. All chengguan shuddered, and the leader said: “Be calm, we did not mean to hurt you.”
